STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

     

  Terms & Conditions:

         These Terms and Conditions apply to all quotations we issue for hardware, software, and training services. By accepting a quotation, you agree to be bound by these terms.

  1. General Terms

  • Prices: Prices are based on the quantities quoted, and any changes may result in a revised price.
  • Payment: Unless the quotation specifies otherwise, advance payment is required from the date of the invoice. 
  • Quantity: The quantities listed are an estimate and can change based on the final scope of work or product availability.
  • Purchase Orders (PO): All orders must be submitted with a valid Purchase Order (PO) or another form of written confirmation that is acceptable to us. The PO must reference the quotation number and clearly state the items being ordered.
  • Delivery: Delivery dates are estimates and depend on receiving all necessary information, materials, and approvals from you in a timely manner. We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control. Any applicable delivery costs will be specified in the quotation.
  • Acceptance: A quotation is valid for 30 days from its issue date unless we state otherwise. You must accept the quotation in writing, such as with a signed quotation, a purchase order, or an email confirmation.

   2. Hardware

  • Product Specifications: Hardware products will be supplied according to the specifications outlined in the quotation. Any modifications or customizations you request after accepting the quotation may result in additional charges and may affect delivery times.

  • Warranty: Hardware products are covered by the manufacturer’s standard warranty. We are not directly responsible for warranty claims but will assist you in liaising with the manufacturer where possible. Consumables are not covered under warranty.

  • Installation: Installation is not included unless explicitly stated in the quotation. If installation services are needed, they will be quoted separately.

3. Software (New & Renewal)

  • New Software Licensing: New software is provided under a non-exclusive, non-transferable license, with terms specified by the software vendor. You agree to abide by the end-user license agreement (EULA) for all software purchased. New software purchases usually include a one-year period of initial support and maintenance from the vendor. Further support may require a separate agreement or renewal. Once a license is issued, it cannot be canceled, and no refund will be provided.

  • Software Renewal: Renewals cover continued licensing, support, and maintenance for a specified period. Renewal pricing is subject to change by the software vendor, and we will provide a renewal quotation in advance. Failure to renew may result in the loss of access to the software, support, and updates. Once a license is issued, it cannot be canceled, and no refund will be provided.

4. Training

  • Training will be conducted in English.

  • You are responsible for providing the venue, PCs, and any required hardware or software unless we specify that we will provide them in the quotation. 

  • Travel and accommodation expenses for participants are also your responsibility.

  • Training dates can only be rescheduled if you request it at least four weeks before the start date. 

  • Cancellations must be made at least 10 business days before the training start date; last-minute cancellations are fully chargeable.

  • No refund will be provided for a training cancellation. However, if we or the vendor cancel the class, participants will be notified at least two weeks in advance. We are not responsible for costs you incur due to a class cancellation, such as flights or hotels.

  • Training services are provided by qualified experts. While their qualifications can be shared upon request, detailed CVs will only be provided after order confirmation.
