ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Sales Operations specialist to support our sales and management teams in streamlining processes, managing documentation, and ensuring seamless coordination between clients, suppliers, and internal departments. The ideal candidate will combine strong organizational and analytical skills with a solid understanding of B2G sales and technology solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the sales team in preparing quotations, tenders, and proposals for government clients.
- Manage and update sales pipelines, CRM data, and reporting dashboards.
- Coordinate communications with suppliers and vendors for pricing, lead times, and documentation.
- Track and follow up on ongoing projects, purchase orders, and client inquiries.
- Prepare regular sales performance reports and forecasts for management.
- Follow up on outstanding payments, monitor and control invoices, and ensure timely collection in coordination with the finance department.
- Track and manage performance bonds, bank guarantees, and related documentation for all active projects.
- Ensure compliance with internal documentation, tender requirements, and government procurement standards.
- Liaise with finance, logistics, and technical departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Assist with client presentations, trade show coordination, and after-sales documentation.
REQUIREMENTS
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales coordination, operations, or inside sales — ideally in technology, trading, or government-oriented industries.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and familiarity with CRM systems (Odoo experience is a plus).
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken); Arabic is an advantage.
- High attention to detail, organizational ability, and professional presentation.
- Understanding of UAE tendering, payment, and procurement procedures preferred.
