ROLE OVERVIEW
Digital marketing executive oversee the online marketing strategy for the organization. Plan and execute digital (including email) marketing campaigns and design, maintain and supply content for the organization’s website(s).
You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Will be working with the marketing team, supporting teams (such as programmers), and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising platforms.
- Design, build, and maintain the company's social media presence across multiple channels.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns against established KPIs and ROI objectives.
- Identify market trends, customer insights, and optimization opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and budget utilization.
- Develop and implement innovative growth strategies to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate A/B tests, conversion experiments, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop landing pages and enhance user experience across digital platforms.
- Analyze the end-to-end customer journey across multiple channels and touchpoints to improve engagement and conversions.
- Track and optimize conversion points, user funnels, and website performance metrics.
- Coordinate with external agencies, media partners, and service providers to support marketing initiatives.
- Research and evaluate emerging digital marketing technologies, tools, and industry best practices.
- Provide recommendations and strategic insights for the adoption of new technologies and marketing approaches.
REQUIREMENTS
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong track record of successful campaign execution and performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience planning, managing, and optimizing SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and digital advertising campaigns.
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, customer segmentation, and the development of engaging digital marketing strategies.
- Experience designing and optimizing landing pages, conversion funnels, and user journeys to maximize lead generation and customer engagement.
- Proficiency in conducting A/B testing and multivariate experiments to improve campaign performance and conversion rates.
- Solid knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other performance tracking platforms.
- Experience with digital advertising platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media channels.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads campaign setup, management, optimization, and reporting.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with an understanding of their application in digital marketing and website optimization.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, industry best practices, and measurement methodologies.
