KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
What You'll Do
- Support workforce planning by identifying current and future talent needs.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and improvement of HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare and manage employee compensation and benefits structures.
- Assess training needs and coordinate the implementation of training programs.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and internal HR policies.
- Perform other related HR and administrative duties as required.
REQUIREMENTS
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of HR experience in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices.
- Experience with HR systems, databases, and employee management tools.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills across all levels.
- People-oriented with a strong focus on performance and results.
- Proven leadership and organizational abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
