ROLE OVERVIEW
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform daily inspections on all assigned vehicles at the beginning of each shift.
- Ensure all vehicles are properly cleaned and maintained, and report any required repairs.
- Receive and execute transport orders for staff or materials to assigned locations.
- Assist passengers during boarding and exiting the vehicle, ensuring safety and wellbeing.
- Collect and transport items and documents securely to their destinations.
- Use standard maps and GPS systems to plan safe and efficient routes.
- Drive assigned office vehicles safely in compliance with rules and regulations.
- Transport staff, handle pick-up duties, and deliver parcels and documents as required.
- Maintain communication with dispatch or team members regarding transport status.
- Perform preventive and routine maintenance on assigned vehicles, ensuring proper upkeep.
REQUIREMENTS
What We're Looking For
To be considered eligible for this job, driving is not all that you need to know. You must be able to use standard maps and GPS systems to plan safe and efficient routes to assigned destinations. In addition, you should possess excellent physical stamina and the ability to handle daily operational driving requirements in a professional manner.
