3D Designer & Sales Consultant

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a creative and commercially minded 3D Designer & Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Dubai.
This unique role combines design, visualization, and sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating realistic 3D visualizations and renderings that help clients visualize how decorative solutions, furniture, equipment, architectural elements, and interior features will appear within their spaces.
In addition to design capabilities, the candidate should possess strong communication and sales skills, enabling them to confidently present concepts, engage with clients, and support the sales process from initial consultation through project completion. The successful candidate will transform client ideas into compelling visual presentations that help drive purchasing decisions and project approvals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create high-quality 3D renderings, visualizations, and concept designs for residential, commercial, hospitality, and corporate spaces.
- Develop realistic presentations showing furniture, decorative elements, equipment, fixtures, and design solutions within client environments.
- Conduct site visits when required to understand client requirements and space dimensions.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project objectives.
- Prepare mood boards, concept presentations, and design proposals.
- Present designs and concepts professionally to clients and decision-makers.
- Assist in identifying client requirements and recommending suitable products and solutions.
- Support the sales team by converting design concepts into commercial opportunities.
- Follow up with clients regarding quotations, proposals, and project discussions.
- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and project teams to ensure accurate visualization of proposed solutions.
- Maintain an organized portfolio of completed projects and renderings.
- Stay current with industry trends, materials, furniture, decorative solutions, and visualization technologies.
REQUIREMENTS
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Dubai or the UAE.
- Proven experience in 3D visualization, interior rendering, architectural visualization, exhibition design, or space planning.
- Proficiency in 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, AutoCAD, Blender, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of space planning, furniture layouts, and interior concepts.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to confidently interact with clients and present solutions.
- Commercial awareness and sales-oriented mindset.
- Strong attention to detail and visual aesthetics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
- Preferred background in Interior Design, Architectural Visualization, Furniture & Décor, Hospitality Design, Exhibition & Event Design, Retail Design, Commercial Fit-Out, Luxury Products, or Decorative Solutions.
