KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

What You'll Do

  • Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries professionally.
  • Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare meeting minutes, agendas, and internal documentation.
  • Write and distribute emails, correspondence, memos, and reports.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and office records.
  • Assist in preparing regularly scheduled reports and presentations.
  • Update and maintain office policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Coordinate visitor support and office logistics.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and liaise with vendors.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

REQUIREMENTS

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Administrator.
  • Strong knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office — Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong time management, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Professional attitude with strong interpersonal and people skills.
  • High School degree or equivalent qualification required; diploma or degree preferred.
